Ft. Lauderdale: Belzona Marine - the new kid on the block brings some innovation

Photo: Todd Kristenson
If you have never heard of the Belzona 325 you’re not alone.  What really sets these guys apart from other center consoles is the large sliding doors on both the port and starboard side.  From talking with the company reps at the boat show, the doors were born out of a desire to keep the designers kids and grandkids away from the engines and propellers while reboarding from the water.  The doors have an electric actuator to close them and they even open wide enough to allow wheelchair access.  One of my favorite features is the reversed rake of the windshield.  It not only gives the vessel a unique look, it is quite functional at knocking down spray while running offshore on those rough days.  Check out the photo gallery of the Belzona 325 after the jump.

  1. What a great idea!!...Seniors and people restricted to wheel chairs will love the ease of getting on and off this boat....It looks very roomy also for a 32' boat.
